General Shipping Information

Normally, our processing time is between 24 to 48 business hours, but it can vary by product type and manufacturer. Orders will be shipped through the standard shipping provided by any of UPS, USPS, or FedEx. If you require any specific carrier or would like expedited shipping options, refer to our customer phone line to get a shipping estimate. All products are shipped either from our brick-and-mortar chrome shop in Virginia or sent to you directly from the manufacturer if a special order is required due to product size or stock. General policies:

 

·        360 Chrome Shop only offers shipping to the continental United States at this time

 

·        In store pick up at our Virginia location is available if requested by the customer. Call the customer phone line to inquire about possibility of in store pick up before placing your order so we can make sure any shipping charges are removed from your order. All customers will be required to pay Virginia sales tax for in store pick up regardless of bill to address unless a valid Virginia sales tax exemption is provided.

 

·        Shipping orders large in size that may include but are not limited to products such as bumpers, fenders, exhausts, etc may require freight shipping. For these sized orders, a commercial address is assumed. Please ensure you reach out to the customer phone line if you need delivery to a residential address so we can make sure the order is shipped to you correctly and with the correct equipment.
